Freestanding Kettneraspis sp. perfect Fossil Trilobite. Devonian. Foum Zguid. Morocco. A Must Have!
Restoration details: No restoration. 100% natural "flying" freestanding spines specimen. Gorgeous natural brown colour from Jbel Gara el Zguilma (Foum Zguid).
The freestanding display of the spines in Devonian trilobites, one of our specialities, is a laborious and very skilled work of dozens (sometimes hundreds) of laboratory hours, just accessible to very few people in all the world.
Foum Zguid/Jbel Gar El Zguilma quarries are now off limits to collecting due to military presence near Moroccan/Algerian border. Perfect specimens from there, like this one, will be scarce next years.

Finding location: Jbel Gara el Zguilma, Anti-Atlas Mountains, Morocco.
